Candles, Melts & Essential Oils

You may cancel your order at any time before items are marked as 'shipped' for a full refund.

Once items are with our shipping partners at Royal Mail it is not possible to cancel the order or to re-direct the post, however we will be happy to work with you to facilitate a return of your ordered items through our regular returns policy. 

Jewellery

Items are custom made to order and will begin production within 24 hours of purchase. It may not be possible to cancel your order if it has been personalised. Please review our refund & return policy, and get in touch with us immediately with your request and we will do our best to accommodate you: info@equinoxatelier.com
